The institution has a registered Alumni Association. The alumni association of Kisan Veer Mahavidyalaya, Wai was established in 2012. The registration number of the association is Maharashtra/13099/Satara, dated 16/09/2012. The name of the Association is “Kisan Veer Mahavidyalaya Maji Vidhyarthi Sangh”. The institution is proud to have so many reputed dignitaries occupying highest positions in Government and private offices, influential impact on social works and artistic contributions to TV serials.

The Association was formed under the guidance of Hon. Shri. Madan Prataprao Bhosale, the EX-Member of Maharashtra State Legislative Assembly, to help the various educational projects run by Janata Shikshan Sanstha and Kisan Veer Mahavidyalaya, Wai. Alumni Association consists of members from the establishment year of the college i.e. 1962. The institution is imparting quality education in the rural area of Wai. The former students of the college are scattered worldwide in various fields. Every year the alumni association organizes meetings of the members of it and also interacts with the Principal and Management. The association always remains ready to contribute to the institution by many ways. Some of the aluminous of our institution makes their humble cooperation in organizing career counselling and creating employment opportunity to all the final year students.
